Last updated October 13, 2026. This policy explains what Avaria Creator Management ("Avaria", "we") collects through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you apply, we receive what you type into the form: your name or stage name, email address, social or OnlyFans handle, the earnings range you select, your message, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older. Our hosting provider may also log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security.
How we use it
- To read and reply to your application.
- To arrange an intro call and, if we work together, to prepare an agreement.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Each of these services handles data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
If we don't work together, we delete your application within 12 months. If we do, we keep it for as long as the agreement runs and as required by law afterwards.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete what you've sent at any time by emailing contact@avariamanagement.com.
Age requirement
Our services are only for adults. We do not knowingly accept applications from anyone under 18, and we delete any we receive.
